Terms of Service
The understanding between The House of VIGOR and its collectors.
Purchasing Allocations
An allocation is confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledged by the House. Allocations are prepared in limited quantity and remain subject to availability at the moment of confirmation.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in South African Rand and include applicable taxes. The House may revise pricing on future compositions; confirmed allocations are unaffected by subsequent revisions.
Payment
Payment is processed by a secure payment partner. The House does not retain card details. An allocation is only prepared once payment has been successfully authorised.
Returns
Returns are governed by the Return Policy set out below. Collectors are asked to read it carefully before requesting a return.
Intellectual Property
The VIGOR name, marks, compositions, photography and written correspondence remain the property of The House of VIGOR and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The House is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of its compositions. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited under South African law.

3 calendar days from confirmed delivery.

Damaged Deliveries
Collectors must notify The House within 24 hours and provide photographs of:
- unopened parcel
- presentation box
- composition before opening
